How to Use the Charting Workstation

The Charting tab is a research workstation for individual stocks. Type any ticker to get an instant chart, a rules-based buy/sell verdict, a Leadership Score, and a full company profile with financials.

Workflow tip

Start with the Leaders tab to identify which sectors and names are strongest, then use the Charting tab to drill into each candidate. Check the verdict and Leadership Score first, then the chart and financials.

Watchlists, screens, and presets

Create multiple named watchlists and switch between them from the left panel. Built-in screens include RS Leaders (top-scoring stocks in confirmed uptrends), Today's Gainers, and Tight Setups (low-volatility consolidations). Themed presets cover curated thematic groups like AI infrastructure and energy transition.

The buy / sell / partial / hold verdict

Buy — Strong trend above both MAs, RSI healthy, volume confirming.
Partial — Some conditions met; consider a starter position.
Hold — Trend intact, no exit signal — let the trade develop.
Sell — Trend structure broken; exit or reduce exposure.

Leadership Score and financials

The 0–100 Leadership Score blends relative strength vs SPY, trend quality, and volume confirmation. Scores above 70 mark genuine leaders. The financials panel shows sector, market cap, revenue trend, EPS, and YoY earnings growth — enough to confirm real earnings support before entering.
